1. Information We Do Not Collect

SaveVault is designed with privacy-by-design principles. We do not require account registration, passwords, names, or personal identities. We do not track or associate downloaded pins with your individual profile.

2. Processing of Media URLs

When you submit a Pinterest URL into our input tool, our backend server temporarily processes the link in memory to parse the public CDN stream metadata. We do not store copies of downloaded videos, images, or audio tracks on our hard drives or databases. Once your browser initiates the download, the stream is delivered directly without persistence.

3. Server Logs & Rate Limiting

To maintain system stability and prevent denial-of-service abuse, temporary server logs record non-identifying request metadata (such as timestamp, endpoint requested, and IP address hash). These logs are automatically rotated and purged periodically.

4. Cookies and Advertising

We use necessary local storage entries strictly to remember your chosen theme (dark/light) and language preference. If you grant consent via our Cookie Consent banner, anonymized analytics and non-personalized advertising cookies may be utilized to support our free service. You can adjust your preferences at any time.
